Police search for suspects in early morning Rhode Island Avenue burglary
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying suspects involved in a burglary at a Northeast establishment last month.
The break-in occurred around 3:30 a.m. on February 7 in the 600 block of Rhode Island Avenue Northeast, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
Investigators said multiple suspects forcibly entered the business, removed money and other property, and fled the scene.
The suspects were captured on surveillance video, and police have released footage as part of the ongoing investigation.
Authorities are offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and indictment of those responsible.
