THORNWOOD, NY — A top-prize-winning Cash4Life ticket worth $1,000 a day for life was sold in Thornwood for the November 20 drawing, the New York Lottery announced Thursday.
The ticket, guaranteeing a minimum prize of $7 million, was purchased at 618 Columbus Avenue Stationary, located at 618 Columbus Avenue in Thornwood. The winner matched all five white ball numbers and the Cash Ball to claim the life-changing prize.
Cash4Life drawings take place daily at 9 p.m., with numbers selected from a field of one to 60 and a separate Cash Ball drawn from a field of one to four. The game offers players the chance to win $1,000 a day for life as the top prize and $1,000 a week for life as the second prize.
Lottery officials reminded players that prizes of any amount may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
