Caught on camera: Baltimore police seek suspect in January shooting

BALTIMORE, MD — Investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect connected to a shooting that occurred on January 31 in the unit block of North Conkling Street.

Authorities have released photos of the individual and are urging anyone who recognizes them to come forward.
