NEW YORK, NY – A man was chased, beaten, stripped naked and robbed in New York City’s Chinatown, now the New York Police Department is trying to identify the suspects. The 26-year-old victim was even stripped of his underwear by the group. The incident is the latest in a city as crime spirals out of control.
