CHAMBERSBURG, PA – Eduardo Ramos Domingo is wanted by the Chambersburg Police Department for aggravated assault.
The charges were issued on Friday.
Domingo allegedly stabbed a victim with a broken beer bottle, causing a significant cut to the victim’s left arm.
The incident occurred at Hemlock Circle in Chambersburg, PA.
