BRIDGETON, NJ – On Monday, 20-year-old Mark Hoffman was fatally shot inside a vehicle at Rieck Avenue Elementary School in the city of Millville. The Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office reported on Wednesday, that 18-year-old Emmanuel B. Doivilus of Vineland was apprehended in connection with the incident.
Doivilus has been charged with first degree murder, possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, unlawful possession of a weapon, aggravated assault, and possession of a weapon on school grounds.
The investigation is ongoing.
