CHERRY HILL, NJ – Robery Panno has been a police officer for 25 years and today, the Cherry Hill Police Department bid him farewell and wished him well on his retirement.
The CHPD issued the following statement:
Chief Kempf and the men and women of the Cherry Hill Police Department would like to congratulate Patrol Officer Robert Panno on his retirement after 25 years of dedicated service.
Officer Panno began his career in the Police Department in 1997 as a patrol officer assigned to the Operations Division. During his career as a patrol officer, Officer Panno worked as a Certified Police Dispatcher, Headquarters Officer, Taser CED Operator, and Street Level Crime Scene Processor.
Officer Panno also served as a Police Academy Instructor where he assisted in furthering the education and training of future officers from all across South Jersey.
Officer Panno was both a firearms instructor and a Police Service Rifle Instructor, where he used his knowledge of firearms training to ensure that officers handled their firearms safely and efficiently.

The Cherry Hill Police Department would like to thank Officer Panno for his hard work and dedication to the residents of the Township of Cherry Hill. We wish him a happy and healthy retirement and success in all his future endeavors.
