Closing session of the National People's Congress (NPC) in Beijing

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Chinese leader Xi Jinping plans to speak with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy for the first time since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the Wall Street Journal reported on Monday.
