CINCINNATI, OH – A Cincinnati man won $20,000 playing a lottery scratch off ticket. James Koetters of Cincinnati won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery scratch-off, $300 Million Diamond Dazzler.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Koetters will receive $14,400. He purchased the winning ticket at Ameristop Food Mart, located at 5687 Springdale Rd in Cincinnati.
