Cleveland man wins $50k on Ohio lottery scratch-off ticket

CLEVELAND, OH – Randolph Wilkins of Cleveland multiplied the money and won big. He won $50,000 playing Money Multiplier.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 28 percent, he will receive $36,000.

Randolph purchased his winning ticket at Convenient Food Mart, located at 9105 Denison Ave. in Cleveland.
