COLONIA, NJ – Marvin Wiggins, a 62-year-old resident of Colonia, has been identified by Patrolman Sasso as the suspect in a Lewdness and Harassment incident at Old Navy on Thursday.
Holmdel Police has requested anyone with further information or interactions with Wiggins to contact Sgt. Sigismondi at 732-946-9690 Ex. 1743. Wiggins’ charges are pending further investigation.
