COLUMBIA, PA – An early morning incident on Tuesday in Columbia led to the arrest of 21-year-old Mikaail Fahim Cotton of York.
He has been charged with Robbery and Conspiracy. An officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed these charges after an incident that took place in the first block of Walnut Street, Columbia, at approximately 12:26 am.
The details of the event leading to the charges are still under investigation.
