Columbia man charged with robbery

COLUMBIA, PA – Early Tuesday morning, the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges against Cesar Darglee Dafonseco following an incident in the first block of Walnut Street at approximately 12:26 am. Dafonseco is facing charges of Robbery, Conspiracy, and Driving without headlights.

While the circumstances surrounding the event are still being investigated, the Columbia Borough Police Department confirms that all charges have been formally lodged.
