Congressman Smith Meets with Jewish War Veterans in Toms River

Toms River, NJ — Leaders of the Jewish War Veterans (JWV) organization convened for their annual convention in Toms River, New Jersey. Prominent figures in attendance included National Vice Commander Barry Lischinsky, outgoing Department of New Jersey War Veterans State Commander Selina Kanowitz, and National Commander Nelson Mellitz.

During the event, Chuck Greenberg was sworn in as the new State Commander for the Department of New Jersey War Veterans, succeeding Selina Kanowitz. Representative Smith also attended, seen at the center of the gathering.
