Connecticut Woman Allegedly Keyed Car in Parking Lot

South Windsor, CT – A Connecticut woman faces criminal mischief charges after allegedly keying a car in a local grocery store’s parking lot. Hartford County resident Mimi L. Fluharty, 62, of South Windsor, was arrested on Tuesday for the incident that occurred at the Stop & Shop, 1739 Ellington Road, in South Windsor back in February.

According to Lt. Mark Cleverdon of the South Windsor Police, Fluharty surrendered to authorities after incriminating surveillance footage surfaced.

She was released on a $1,000 surety bond and is set to appear in court on Wednesday, May 15.
