Conservative Republican state Senator Michael Testa has won his bid for re-election in South Jersey against his Democrat opponent Garcia Balicki 68%-33%. Testa was part of the 2019 mini-red wave during the New Jersey state midterm election. Testa’s First Legislative District covers Cape May and Cumberland Counties.
