TOMS RIVER, NJ – Ocean County GOP Chairman George Gilmore and his Toms River Republicans have officially endorsed Democrat NJEA union leader Kathy Eagan over her Republican opponent George Lobman for a seat on the Toms River Regional Schools Board of Education.
