Coordinated Police Effort Leads to Arrest of Suspects in Multiple Armed Robberies

PAXTANG BOROUGH, PA – A cooperative operation between the Swatara Police Department and neighboring forces resulted in the apprehension of two robbery suspects on the night of Wednesday.

Acting on information from Phillipsburg PD, Swatara officers identified a suspect vehicle linked to a series of armed robberies in their jurisdiction.

The suspects, Darryn Corbett and Duane Yancey, residents of Paxtang Borough, now face multiple charges, including robbery and aggravated assault. This follows a spate of robberies, with four reported between October 14 and 25.

With evidence and witness collaboration, the investigation extended beyond local to regional jurisdictions, showcasing the power of inter-agency cooperation.
