Copley woman wins $1 million on scratch-off

COPLEY, OH — A lottery player from Copley has won a $1 million prize on the Ohio Lottery’s Extreme Millions scratch-off, adding a thrilling windfall to her fall season.

The lucky winner purchased her ticket at Stoney Hills Station, located at 4640 Medina Road. She opted for the cash payout of $500,000, and after mandatory state and federal taxes, she will take home approximately $360,000.

Extreme Millions is a $30 scratch-off game with a top prize of $400,000 a year for 25 years. As of November 7, two top prizes remain in the game, along with several other substantial prizes.
