Couple Charged for January Attack

CAMBRIDGE, MD – Timothy Adam Anderson, a 39-year-old resident of Cambridge, was arrested on August 27, at approximately 5:55 a.m. in the 800 block of Fieldcrest Rd.

Anderson had an active arrest warrant for second-degree assault and malicious destruction of property, stemming from an incident on January 14.

On the day of the initial incident, officers responded to a report of an assault in the 100 block of Washington St.

The victim reported that a verbal argument with Anderson escalated into physical violence, resulting in injuries consistent with the victim’s account.

Anderson was taken into custody and has been released on his personal recognizance. The investigation is being handled by the Cambridge Police Department.
