Crash on I-287 Leads to Lane Closure in Bridgewater Township

BRIDGEWATER TWP, NJ – A traffic incident this morning on Interstate 287 has resulted in the closure of one lane. The New Jersey Department of Transportation’s Statewide Traffic Management Center reported the crash located southbound, just south of Exit 14 – US 22 in Bridgewater Township.

The incident occurred at approximately 8:37 AM, affecting one of the four lanes. The left lane was quickly confirmed as closed following the crash.

Motorists traveling through the area are encouraged to exercise caution and prepare for potential delays. The situation is being handled, and updates will be provided as efforts are made to clear the crash and reopen the closed lane to traffic.
