CAMBRIDGE, MD – James Cecil McCoy, a 45-year-old resident of Cambridge, was served a Criminal Summons by the Cambridge Police Department last Friday at approximately 6:30 am.

Officers located McCoy in the 100 block of Washington St and released him on his signature.

The charges against McCoy include theft ranging from $100 to under $1,500, credit card theft, and unauthorized credit card charges ranging from $100 to under $1,500.

These charges stem from an incident that occurred on Monday, August 21, in the 500 block of Race St. A victim reported the loss and unauthorized use of their credit card at Lil’Bitta Bull and Jone’s Mini Market.
