Criminal Assaults Man; Steals His Pizza in Atlantic City

ATLANTIC CITY-On September 19, 2017, patrol officers responded to a report of a robbery and later located the female suspect.

At 2:01 am, Officers Tyler Daily and Sean Pettit responded to the beach block of Morris Avenue for a report of a male down on the ground that had been assaulted. The officers located the victim, a 60-year-old male, who had sustained an injury to his head after being struck. The female suspect stole the victim’s pizza and fled. Witnesses provided a detailed description of the suspect to the officers and her direction of travel. The victim was transported to the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division for treatment.
At 2:24 am, K9 Officer Marinela Pali located Michelle Brown near Georgia and Pacific Avenues. She was taken into custody and charged with robbery.

ARRESTED: Michelle Brown, a 24-year-old female from Atlantic City.

CHARGES: Robbery

Brown was remanded to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
