Crosstown Rivalry Ice Hockey Game & Food Drive

The annual Jackson crosstown rivalry game took place on Friday, Feb 19. Great game by some great young men who have been skating together since elementary school, starting out at the Jackson Roller Hockey Rink. Liberty got the win over Memorial this year 5-2. Additionally, a hockey mom suggested a food drive at this annual event to benefit the Jackson Food Pantry. With only 24 hours notice of the game (due to scheduling issues), we are happy to announce the players and fans have collected 100 pounds of food for the Jackson Food Pantry. Hoping for an even better turn out next year.
