Cumberland hit and run driver issued summons

CUMBERLAND, MD – On Wednesday, the Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons to Cameron Jamal Davis-Partee, 31, of Keyser, WV, in connection to two hit-and-run incidents that occurred on June 13, at Glenn St and Henderson Ave.

It’s alleged that Davis-Partee struck parked vehicles in both incidents and left the scenes without reporting the incidents to police. Witnesses and security camera footage were used to identify Davis-Partee. He has since been released, awaiting trial in District Court.
