CUMBERLAND, MD – On Monday, Tyrelle Donte Brown, 26, was arrested by the Cumberland City Police.

Brown was taken into custody on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court.

The warrant was issued because Brown failed to appear in District Court on August 18 for a previous Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) paraphernalia possession charge.

He has been remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center and is currently being held on a $1,000 bond.

Cumberland City Police are handling the case, and anyone with additional information is asked to come forward.
