CUMBERLAND, MD – On Saturday, Charles Irving Fletcher Jr, 31, was arrested by Cumberland Police on a bench warrant.
The warrant was issued by the Allegany County District Court on July 6th.
It alleged Fletcher’s failure to appear for a previous charge of CDS Possession.
Following his arrest, Fletcher was taken to the District Court Commissioner for his Initial Appearance.
He was then transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he remains on a $1000 bond.
