Cumberland Man Charged for Assaulting Juvenile

CUMBERLAND, MD – On Saturday, the Cumberland Police Department officers arrived at the 1000 block of Kentucky Avenue, following reports of an assault.

After speaking with victims and witnesses and observing evidence, the officers determined that Ammon Miller had assaulted a juvenile.

56-year-old Ammon Leon Miller III of Cumberland, Maryland, was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.

He is now awaiting his initial court appearance.

The Cumberland Police Department continues its investigation into the matter.
