CUMBERLAND, MD—The Cumberland Police Department reported the arrest of Christopher Lewis Tilson, 24, of Cumberland, Maryland, on charges related to controlled dangerous substance (CDS) possession. Following a Grand Jury Indictment by the Allegany County Circuit Court, an arrest warrant was executed on Saturday, July 27, 2024.
Tilson was promptly taken before a District Court Commissioner for his initial appearance, where he was ordered to be held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
