Two sets of handcuffs.

CUMBERLAND, MD — Cumberland Police Department officers successfully executed an arrest and bench warrant against Trevon Marcel Emerson yesterday. The District Court of Maryland issued the warrants following an incident where Emerson fled from law enforcement.

Earlier, on January 13, officers attempted to serve Emerson with a bench warrant at his residence. During this attempt, Emerson escaped by jumping out of a bedroom window and fleeing down Maryland Avenue, leading to two additional charges.

Emerson was located and apprehended by the police on January 14. He was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center and is currently held without bond.
