Cumberland Police Arrest Two for Trespassing in Condemned Home

CUMBERLAND, MD — Early Tuesday morning, Cumberland Police apprehended two individuals, Scott Tyler Levine and Brittany Alice Loscig, for trespassing at a residence deemed unfit for human habitation. The incident occurred around 6:52 AM in the 400 block of Baltimore Avenue.

Officers, responding to a trespassing report, found Levine, 37, and Loscig, 26, on the property. Both had previously been warned not to enter or occupy the premises as it had been officially declared unfit by the City of Cumberland.

Following their arrest, both Levine and Loscig were issued criminal citations and subsequently released on scene. They are scheduled to appear for trial at the Allegany County District Court. The date of the trial is pending.
