D.C. Assault Suspect Caught On Camera

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The D.C. Metro Police Department is calling on the community for assistance in identifying and apprehending a suspect involved in a recent aggravated assault. The incident, which took place in the 2300 block of Pitts Place, Southeast, was reported early Friday morning.

Responding to a distress call at around 9:09 a.m., police officers discovered an adult male victim with non-life-threatening injuries. Medical assistance was provided, and the victim was transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
