D.C. Carjacking Suspect Captured On Camera

Washington, D.C. – The D.C. Metro Police Department is requesting public assistance to identify suspects involved in a recent armed carjacking in Northeast D.C.

The incident occurred on Thursday at 8:50 PM in the 600 block of 9th Street, where suspects, initially posing as passengers in a rideshare, threatened the driver with a handgun and took control of the vehicle. Although the vehicle has since been recovered, the suspects remain at large.

Surveillance footage capturing the suspects has been released.
