D.C. Police Arrest 19-Year-Old for Murder of Aaron Robinson

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department’s Homicide Branch detectives have arrested a suspect in relation to the February 4th shooting death of 39-year-old Aaron Robinson in Northwest D.C.

Police arrived at the 1400 Block of Spring Road, where a shooting had been reported just after 4 pm; officers found an adult male shooting victim in the vestibule of a residential building. Despite their efforts, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

19-year-old Lorenzo Goldsmith, of Northwest, DC, was arrested yesterday and charged with 1st-degree murder.
