Washington, D.C. — Police are requesting public assistance in identifying suspects and a vehicle involved in a recent armed robbery.
On Sunday, June 23, at approximately 12:18 p.m., suspects approached victims in the 1500 block of Freedom Way, Southeast. One suspect brandished a handgun, and the suspects took the victims’ property before fleeing the scene in a vehicle.
Surveillance cameras captured images of the suspects and the vehicle, which have been released to the public to aid in identification.
