D.C. Police Search for Robbery Suspect

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police department is looking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in robbery that took place on June 16th. This incident happened on the 1600 block of Connecticut Avenue in Northwest, D.C.

According to detectives, “At approximately 1:53 pm, the suspect entered an establishment and approached an employee at the listed location. The suspect motioned to his coat as if he had a weapon and demanded money from the employee. The victim complied. The suspect fled the scene on a bike.”

Nearby surveillance camera captured the suspect.
