D.C. Police Search for Stabbing Suspect Escaping on Red Scooter

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Authorities in Northeast D.C. are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a stabbing suspect following a stabbing incident on Monday evening.

At approximately 8 p.m., officers from the Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department responded to a call in the 3800 block of Minnesota Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered a male victim who had sustained a stab wound to the back. Fortunately, the victim’s injuries are expected to be non-life-threatening.

The suspect, who remains at large, is described as a male individual donning a blue shirt and blue jeans and riding a red scooter. As of now, investigators have not determined a motive for the attack.
