D.C. Rideshare Carjacking Suspects Caught On Camera

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C., Metro Police Department is asking for assistance finding two suspects involved in an armed carjacking in Northwest, D.C., on Saturday afternoon.

Shortly before 4 pm. , the victim was operating a rideshare and was approached by two suspects at the 1100 block of Geranium Street. The suspects presented guns and demanded that the victim exit the car. The suspects then left the scene in the victim’s vehicle.

A nearby surveillance camera captured the suspects. If you have any information about this incident or recognize the suspects, please take no action but call the police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department’s TEXT TIP LINE at 50411. This case remains under investigation.
