DALLAS, TEXAS – On October 2, 2021, at approximately 9:19 a.m., Dallas Police officers responded to an emergency call in the 5600 block of Spring Valley Road. The victim, Ladwight Mitchell, was found deceased from homicidal violence. During the investigation, DeAndre Hines became a person of interest.
