Suspect Sought in Rape on Red Run Valley Stream Trail

OWINGS MILLS, MD – The Baltimore County Police Department is investigating an attempted sexual assault reported on Thursday, November 16, 2023. The incident occurred around 8:15 a.m. near the entrance of Red Run Valley Stream Trail, located in the 10600 block of Red Run Boulevard, Owings Mills.

The victim, a female, described the suspect as a black male, thin, aged between 18 and 25, and approximately 5’7″ to 5’9″ in height. The assault attempt happened along the trail.

Detectives clarify that this incident is not connected to the homicide on the Ma and Pa Trail in Harford County in August. The suspect in this case is believed to be different.

The Baltimore County Police request residents and workers near Red Run Valley Stream Trail to check any camera footage captured between 7:00 and 8:30 a.m. for potential leads.
