Daughter of Lombardi Trophy Designer Wants Apology After Brady Threw it Like a Football

You might remember Tom Brady throwing the Lombardi trophy after his Tampa Bay Buccaneers destroyed the Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LV.  It was one of those “great moments in sports” that has never really done before.

You might have actually thought it was pretty cool that he completed a boat to boat underhand toss to his teammates.

That is unless your name is Lorraine Grohs, the daughter of Greg Grohs, who actually crafted the very first Lombardi Trophy. In that case, you want Tom Brady to offer an official apology for decorating your dad’s timeless work of art. Grohs said she didn’t sleep for two days after witnessing the Brady pass of dad’s trophy.
