Dayton player wins rare $1M prize on Ohio Lottery scratch-off

Dayton, OH – A customer at Hollywood Gaming at Dayton Raceway has won a $1-million annuity prize playing the Ohio Lottery’s $30 Extreme Millions scratch-off game.

The winner chose to receive the prize as an annuity, paying $40,000 annually for 25 years before taxes. The odds of winning this second-tier prize are 1 in 468,085.

As of August 15, the Extreme Millions game still has 15 remaining $1-million annuity prizes, one $10-million top prize, and other prize levels available. The game’s overall odds of winning are 1 in 2.87.

The winning ticket was purchased at Hollywood Gaming, located at 777 Hollywood Boulevard in Dayton.

Since 1974, the Ohio Lottery has contributed more than $33 billion to fund education programs across the state.
