Search underway for missing 15-year-old girl last seen on 6th Street NW
WASHINGTON, DC – A citywide alert has been issued for a 15-year-old girl last seen early Monday morning in Northwest DC, as police continue their urgent search for the teen reported missing from the 1300 block of 6th Street NW.
Yeslin Aurora Velasquez was last seen at approximately 7:00 a.m. on September 29. She is described as a Hispanic female, 5’3” tall, weighing 110 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Her clothing description is unknown.
The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the case as a critical missing person. The search is being led by MPD’s Youth and Family Engagement Division.
