HUNTINGTOWN, MD – On Friday, at 9:42 a.m., Calvert County Patrol Bureau deputies responded to a severe motor vehicle collision on Plum Point Road near Kimberly Lane in Huntingtown.
The collision involved a tow truck and a Ford Edge.
Emergency responders transported an adult male from the scene to CalvertHealth, where he was pronounced deceased. Another individual was taken to the same hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Plum Point Road is currently closed in both directions to facilitate an investigation and accident reconstruction.
