Deadly Crash in Elkridge Claims One Life, Injures Three

ELKRIDGE, MD – Howard County Police reported a fatal two-vehicle collision in Elkridge on Nov. 11, resulting in one fatality and three injuries.

At around 11:14 a.m., a 2016 Hyundai Elantra, heading south on Washington Boulevard near Troy Hill Drive, attempted a U-turn and collided with a 2017 Nissan Rogue traveling in the same direction. The Hyundai’s driver, an adult male and the car’s only occupant was declared dead at the scene. The Nissan’s three occupants sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to Saint Agnes Hospital.

Following the accident, a section of Washington Boulevard remained closed for about three hours. Authorities are conducting a detailed investigation into the incident.
