Virginia Beach, VA – The Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) responded to a collision on First Colonial Rd. involving a moped at 9:50 a.m. last Sunday. Jennifer Albertson (F/41), the critically injured person in the accident, passed away two days later while under medical care.
Two other drivers were also part of this incident but stayed at the scene to assist authorities. So far, no charges have been brought against anyone involved.
