NEW YORK, NY – A tragic shooting occurred on Wednesday evening at approximately 8:59 PM at 494 East 138 Street in the 46th Precinct, where a 44-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound to his head.
Upon their arrival, police discovered the victim, who was pronounced deceased at the scene by EMS responders. The identity of the deceased has not been released, pending notification of his family.
No arrests have been made as of now, and the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
