DELAWARE COUNTY, PA – The Pennsylvania State Police Troop K – Media Station is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on I95 northbound at MM 1.6, Upper Chichester Township, Delaware County.
The incident took place on October 7, at approximately 01:22 a.m.
Upon arrival, troopers found a male deceased inside a vehicle from gunshot wounds. Another passenger in the vehicle also sustained multiple gunshot injuries.
The Pennsylvania State Police is asking any witnesses or those with dash cam footage from the area during the incident to come forward.
