Delaware Man Arrested for Third DUI Offense

MAGNOLIA, DE – Norman St. Sauveur Jr., a 61-year-old resident of Frederica, Delaware, was arrested by the Delaware State Police for felony DUI on Monday, at around 8:32 a.m.

A motorist reported a red minivan driving erratically in the area of North Main Street and East Walnut Street.

A trooper later observed the same vehicle crossing over the fog line and conducted a traffic stop. St. Sauveur Jr. showed signs of impairment and was arrested after field sobriety tests.

A computer check revealed that St. Sauveur Jr. has two prior DUI convictions. He was charged with third offense DUI and other traffic offenses.

He was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 7 and released on a $5060 unsecured bond.
