Delaware State Police Arrest Man for Forgery and Theft in Newark

On Sunday, troopers responded to the restaurant on Eagle Run Road after reports of a disturbance involving a counterfeit $100 bill.

Walker, who initially provided false identities, was apprehended in a nearby shopping center after a brief pursuit and the use of a taser.

He faces charges of forgery, hindering prosecution, attempted theft, criminal impersonation, and resisting arrest.

Walker, who had multiple active warrants, was arraigned and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution.
